Beautiful porcelain trinket box with romantic couple decorating the cover. Lid and base edged with bronze that has patina (verdigris) of time and air exposure. Hinged on one end, and a filigree tab for lifting the lid. Inside the top is a light cream colour velvet. Perfect for a dresser top or bathroom vanity to hold jewelry. No makers mark, but looks like it could be of French origin. No chips or cracks. Check the photos.
