Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for buyers remorse. All items sold are final sale and are old and in used condition. They all come with some wear and tear as befits their age and use. Every effort is made to describe the condition of items, as well as photographs provided for examination. Ask questions before purchasing if you are unsure of a detail on an item.
Jewelry is not returnable nor refundable once it leaves our possession, for any reason. Any return request (for items other than Jewelry), must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the item, and the item must be received back by us in the same condition as when it left our premises. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any refund will exclude return shipping costs, and will only be issued once we receive the item back in sellable condition. If we agree to a return and it arrives damaged, no refund will be issued. No returns are accepted without our prior approval, and only in certain circumstances.
Every effort is made to ensure items arrive and arrive in excellent condition. Sometimes events outside our control occur after a package is in the hands of the shipper. In the event that an item arrives damaged, we will need photos of the damaged packaging and item, and the buyer will likely need to make a claim at the shipper. We make every effort to assist in the claim process. We strongly suggest tracked and signature delivery, to avoid loss. Customers who chose not to have tracking and signature as their shipping option at checkout, are not covered by us in the event the package does not arrive or arrives damaged.
We do not ship to addresses other than that of the address registered to the payment account. Any attempt to sidestep this condition by providing a different address automatically disqualifies the purchaser from making any claim for loss or damage, as we are not held responsible in this case.
